Every entry is append-only and hash-chained. No coach, no staff member — and not us — can change or delete a historical record. Corrections are added, never overwritten.
Each day the record's integrity is anchored off-site and checked by an independent party against a published key. Tamper-evidence you don't have to take on our word.
Sensitive wellbeing data is individually encrypted, everything is stored in Sydney, and no student data is ever sent to an external AI model.
